Now this hotel really did exceed our expectations. It was very luxury and the staff kindly upgraded our room with no extra cost which was lovely. They also gave us a voucher for the other Veranda hotel based on the beach front which offered 25% off food and free use of sunbeds which was amazing. The hotel has it's own private parking garage below the hotel which plenty of parking spots which was convenient. To get to the hand of Ksamil and other popular beach spots was only about 12-15min walk max so, location was excellent. The room itself was fantastic, very spacious and even had it's own bath tub in the middle of the room (which we made full use of!). The breakfast at this hotel was truly exceptional. Rather than the usual buffet breakfast, they had a set breakfast menu from which you can pick what you like and gave us our own bottle of comp water and orange juice. The breakfast was phenomenal, well presented and delicious! Cannot fault this hotel at all. The lovely staff was the cherry on top to our experience, they were so friendly which was nice.
No faults at all

everything was great food, hospitality, cleanliness and easily walkable distance from beaches (15mins walk). We also had our beach bed reserved at the hotel beach club which is amazing for private beach experience and sun bathing.
I don't have anything to say everything was amazing.
