Fabulous location, clean, neat very responsive hosts.
Would use these facilities again.

Location was excellent in that it was close to restaurants etc, but the outlook/view was frightful, onto a graffiti-covered wall in an abandoned yard. The street was very noisy, especially at night. This may be normal for inner-city Athens, but certainly not not 5-star.
The apartment was very roomy, and a pleasant space, nicely decorated.
Sound-proofing on the windows would help.
VERY noisy in the evening and after midnight.
Extremely limited hot water system. Having to wait half an hour to get hot water is barbaric.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, as an extra kitchen towel would have been useful. We also found a cockroach in the bedroom. While this may be relatively common in Athens, I don’t think it is acceptable in accommodation. The drain cover in the bathroom also appeared to be damaged, so I wonder whether the cockroach may have entered through the drain.
