The caravan is beautifully decorated and extremely well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the high quality of the bedding and towels made it feel extra comfy. It is a very snug, warm, and cosy place to relax.
We were missing a view.

Excellent location for visiting the South Downs and Brighton. Lovely garden centre next to accommodation that has a great breakfast menu!
Wish we had stayed for longer. Definitely be returning.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped.
The property has a small covered decking area that couldn’t be enjoyed to any extent as there were no chairs to sit on. I tried the stools from inside but these were not relaxing. A couple of fold up camping chairs would have been nice - there was plenty of storage under the bed for such a thing.

Fantastic location, super clean. 3rd time I’ve stayed, so I like it!
Couple of things that need looking at, fridge has had it and bathroom fan is getting noisy which they all do as it’s clocking on
