Needs renovation, it's a struggle to feel comfortable.
location was convenient
the whole place isn't fit for guests. The whole house needs a renovation it's not really comfortable to be there feels like you have to tip toe around everything as it looks as if it's not been touched since the 60s. Bedding smelt clean however that's the only reason we stayed. showers went hot and cold, rear door rotten, window frames rotten, flies in the downstairs sink, dodgy sockets, TV didn't work. Management were contactable for checking in which was helpful. This was really a last resort for us otherwise we would have left.

Location
Dirty, untidy. Kitchen had plugs running from extension leads. Electric socket in one of the bedrooms not working. Gardens overgrown. Window handles missing. Put towel on towel rail in bathroom and it fell off the wall. Had to chase for access to accommodation. Pile of post laying in hallway.

Very disappointing property
Good location. Comfortable beds. Bedding and towels looked quite new. House was warm. Keyless front door entry is a great idea.
It’s very tatty and in need of complete redecoration. The kitchen is in a poor condition with some rather suspect electrics. The cooker switch looks like it’s had a fire and there is an extension lead just hanging in midair that connects the boiler to the switch. The downstairs toilet is running water constantly and because of that it won’t flush. The bathroom upstairs has a lot of mould on the tiles and in the shower. The shower temperature regulator clearly doesn’t work because it alternates between freezing cold and boiling hot water. It was only tolerable to stand under it for about 15 seconds per minute no matter how much we tried to change the settings on it. The toilet leaks and the toilet seat needs tightening up because it moves alot when you sit on it. The only electrical point near a mirror doesn’t work so you can’t dry or style your hair in front of a mirror. One bedroom has no bedside tables at all. One bedroom has no power points near the bed so the lamp sits on the floor on the other side of the room. The TV has not been set up with any freeview channels so it just an ornamental fixture on the wall. The lounge has an ugly piece of net curtain that’s just been dragged across the window. The bedrooms had new curtains but all they did was hide the filthy and broken windows. The flooring downstairs is old and knackered and the lino is ripped in the kitchen near the cupboard door that has had some of its laminate ripped off. The front and back gardens need tidying up as they are quite overgrown. The whole property needs renovating to bring it up to standard. This property in it’s current condition is not a suitable property to have on a site like Booking.com.

A ÉVITER ! A FUIR !
Logement à proximité des commerces et des transports ( bus, métro, train, DRL ) à pied, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Quartier calme.
Logement vétuste comme on peut le voir sur les photos donc c'est ok. Par contre le ménage n'était pas fait ! Une horrible odeur TRÈS TRÈS forte de tabac (style cigare) dans le salon qui donnait la nausée, et pourtant je suis fumeuse! On a été obligé d'aller acheter du fébrèze pour atténuer l'odeur. Urine et papier WC dans les toilettes du bas! Une marre d'eau dans la cuisine et le frigo sale qui ne fonctionnait pas car pas branché, la bouilloire était sale et il y avait une bière entamée près de l'évier. Poussière et toiles d'araignée partout. Un jardin délaissé et extrêmement sale avec pleins de mégots de cigarettes dans l'herbe et même un sachet de préservatif ouvert. Salle de bain du haut avec des cheveux, carré de douche jaunâtre et il y avait un préservatif au pied du lavabo ! Tous les ventilateurs sont poussiéreux et il manque la grille de devant, pas top pour la sécurité (On avait une enfant de 9 ans avec nous)! Tv qui vous donne la possibilité de regarder youtube, prime et Netflix uniquement mais la wifi est très instable. Les chambres semblaient bien rangé mais sale en dessous, draps tachés et un sachet de préservatif par terre dans l'une des chambres ! J'ai fait une réclamation auprès du propriétaire qui m'a répondu qu'il avait lui-même supervisé le ménage. Sérieusement ??!! C'est une blague !!! Et le ponpon, il est entré dans le logement en notre absence sans nous prévenir et une autre fois une jeune femme est venu frapper à la porte pour venir récupérer un courrier de Mr! Si on était pas là ce jour-là, on n'a aucun doute qu'elle serait rentrée. Bref, logement à fuir!!! Malheureusement, je ne pouvais pas aller ailleurs car j'aurais (bien sûr) perdu l'argent de la location. Mais la surprise désagréable a été de taille ! Après un long trajet pour arriver, être obligé de faire du ménage partout ! C'est scandaleux !
