The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms, bathroom, a kitchen, and living room and is perfect for anyone wanting to feel like a local in the city. The location is in very close proximity to the León Cathedral and all the major sites, in addition to being right in the center of action in the Barrio Humedo neighbourhood for food.
Also, the property owner / manager, David, does a wonderful job with his communication, and is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or concerns.
The only minor issue we ran into is that we stayed in the apartment over a Sunday night, and being in a bustling neighborhood, there was lively noise at an establishment directly under our windows until 5 AM. This won't be an issue for most people, but wanted to mention it for anyone who is particular about noise levels.

Apartment is on the first floor. There was party under the window at one night until 5 am. There might have been a bar on the street

Location right in the center. Walkable area. Lots of restaurants. Large apartment for a good price.
Very basic equipment - no oven, no toaster, no hot water pot, no coffeemaker (other than a small mocca pot). Clean but old towels, no toiletries. Nice enough but not great.
Apartment is in the city center so great location but also lots of noise at night. You can't get to it in a cab, have to walk last 200 m. (not a problem but need to know).
