It was right across the road from the over ground station, loads of bus stops right on the doorsteps, lots of shops around, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower and lots of hot water. Great WiFi and Tv with Netflix and YouTube which some hotels don’t even have ! The owners are very responsive and helpful which I appreciate, I saw a review before I came saying that the property is very hard to find but I didn’t think it was at all ! I reached out to the owners to send me more detailed instructions on how to find the property and they helped me out.
The walls were damaged or stained in some way behind the bed, and there was a musty smell when I walked in which wasn’t great. The key being left beside the door isn’t great for solo female travellers and I felt very nervous at night being on my own.

The room was really good, though quite small. It has a little kitchenette right in front of the bed—I'd say it's really close to the bed. Is Close to public services and a good design
Unfortunately, I didn't like that there was a strong bad smell as soon as I opened the door, which wouldn't go away even with the windows open and the fan on. The toilet was also dirty with unflushed urine, and the shower suddenly started to smell terrible even though we hadn't used it yet, likely due to the guests upstairs.

The stay itself was lovely, and we really liked the design and layout of the room. However, there were a few things missing, such as shower gel and other basic amenities, which made the experience less comfortable than expected.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the communication and the way the late check-out request was handled. Before booking, we asked whether it would be possible to check out at 11 AM instead of 10 AM. We were told that they would try their best to accommodate our request, so we expected a clear answer in advance.
However, on the day of check-out, we were told that we had to leave by 10 AM, and the response confirming this came far too late. We had been waiting for an update and asking for clarification, but we were left without a timely answer. As a result, we had to rush to get ready and leave in a hurry, without enough time to prepare properly.
We understand that a late check-out cannot always be guaranteed, but since we had asked in advance and had been told that they would try to arrange it, we would have appreciated better communication, more consideration, and at least a genuine effort to help us. Being informed at the last minute made the situation unnecessarily stressful and left us feeling that our request had not been taken seriously.
Overall, the accommodation was beautiful and had a lovely design, but the missing amenities and, especially, the way the check-out situation was handled unfortunately affected our overall experience.
