The house has a lot of potential, close to Ribeira d'Ilhas and Ericeira. Nice location! The staff was nice and everything was new. Having a nespresso machine is a nice plus.
No storage space in the rooms and the only wardrobe available only has space for hangers, not even a single shelf (who goes to Ericeira with only pants, shirts and dresses?). They describe the space having 2 bathrooms. It is 1.5 since you only have a "shower" in one of them. And the shower doesn't even have a shower head, it needs to be in your hand all the time. They have an hair drier but no electric outlet in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is somewhat dark with just one bulb light, there is no microwave and the electricity was under sized for the appliances: the fuse will not hold if you have 2 pans in the cooktop and the oven baking at the same time. The only frying pan they have sticks even with a lot of oil.
The double bed room gets a lot of noise from the road. The beds won't provide any options in terms of linens, you only have a comforter (two small ones at the double bed).
In the end, nothing critical but a lot of minor issues, easy to fix them but I felt like they had just renovated the place but probably never actually stayed there.
The ad says it has a parking space but I had to park in the street since the garage door was broken.
