We splurged (an extra $15 CAD) on the big suite and the space was enormous, compared to the smaller Japanese rooms we've been experiencing, with a couch area. The bathroom had a separate toilet room and separate ofuro room. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor, and our suite was on the 7th - not a problem for us.
Staff were most helpful when we couldn't figure out the parking machine. (1000 yen)
There is a snack room with free beer & snacks and lots of free amenities.
Location was good - close to izakayas & combini.
We loved the retro feel to the room, but some might not.
