Scamer! Terrible experience. Avoid it
We had no opportunity to get access to the booked apartment.

Misleading listing, delayed check-in and serious compliance concerns
Th property is quite nice, but the way is managed is disapppointing
We booked this apartment because the listing clearly states 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. We were exactly five people.
Unfortunately the experience raised several issues.
Main points:
Foreign guests were not identified or registered
During check-in no identification was requested for the foreign guest in our group. In Thailand accommodation providers are required to report foreign guests to Immigration within 24 hours, so this omission is concerning from a legal compliance perspective.
Unclear management and licensing situation
The staff member handling check-in said the unit belongs to a private owner of Indian nationality, From the information available in booking.com, the operator appears to be a company. If the property is indeed operated commercially, it would normally require proper licensing and guest registration procedures, which did not appear to be followed.
Beds misrepresented in the listing
The listing clearly advertises 3 beds for 5 guests, but the apartment actually has only two real beds (both double).
The third “bed” appears to be a short sofa (around 140 cm). The description briefly mentions a “foldable mattress”, but when we asked for it we were told it was not available.
Late check-in due to delayed cleaning
Official check-out time is 11:00 and check-in 15:00. When we arrived at 15:30 the apartment had not even been cleaned yet.
Cleaning started only after we arrived and we could enter the apartment around 16:45.
Apartment prepared for fewer guests
Inside the apartment everything was arranged for four people only (bedsheets, towels, tableware, etc.), despite the booking clearly being for five guests.
Only one key card for five guests
We were provided with a single key card for five people, which made access to the building very inconvenient.
Facilities advertised but not available
The property advertises two swimming pools, but one of them was closed

Eneste positive var fin utsikt.
For det første så ble vi ringt når vi landet i Bangkok og fikk beskjed om at «det var noe feil» med leiligheten. Så de måtte flytte oss, ikke bare til et nytt rom, men også en helt annen bygning. De sa det var i samme område og at dette ble en oppgradering for oss.
Det ble det absolutt ikke. Det var fin utsikt, men bygget var i et helt annet område så var avhengig av taxi flere ganger om dagen med 3 barn for å komme oss dit vi skulle. Samt at bygget her kun hadde et basseng som absolutt ikke var egnet for noen barn å leke i. Rommet var ikke like stort eller like fint som det vi opprinnelig booket + at leiligheten hadde et kakerlakk problem. Alt dette og det var null sjans for noen som helst redusering i pris. Spurte om vi kunne få check-out litt senere som en liten gest, men fikk aldri svar på det og måtte ut klokka 11 når vaskehjelpen kom.
Og siden vi hadde med tre barn så kunne vi ikke akkurat si nei til ny leilighet når vi allerede var fremme for og begynne å lete etter noe annet..
