Concernant le logement en lui-même : il était propre, correct et bien situé. Seul bémol : le canapé-lit, qui était vraiment très peu confortable.
Très mauvaise expérience, du début à la fin avec l’agence FONCIA et le voisinage !!!
Notre séjour a été particulièrement décevant, principalement en raison de la gestion de la réservation par l’agence Foncia, du manque de communication et de l’attitude de certains interlocuteurs, que nous avons trouvée très peu professionnelle.
Avant notre arrivée, nous avions pourtant échangé à plusieurs reprises via la messagerie Booking, notamment concernant la présence de nos animaux. Deux jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons contacté l’agence afin de poser quelques questions concernant notre séjour. L’agence nous a répondu en précisant qu’il fallait les appeler rapidement afin de finaliser les modalités d’arrivée. Comme il était déjà tard lorsque nous avons pris connaissance du message, nous leur avons indiqué que nous les appellerions le lendemain, après notre journée de travail.
Pourtant, le lendemain, à 17 h, nous avons reçu un message nous indiquant que nous devions impérativement les appeler avant 18 h, sous peine de ne pas pouvoir récupérer les clés. Étant au travail, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de consulter ce message immédiatement. Lorsque nous avons finalement essayé de joindre l’agence, celle-ci était déjà fermée depuis 17 h ! Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dans une situation particulièrement stressante, alors que nous avions prévenu l’agence que nous les appellerions après le travail, comme convenu.
L’agence a finalement fini par nous transmettre un autre numéro pour la joindre, mais seulement après que nous ayons contacté plusieurs agences Foncia en France et envoyé trois ou quatre e-mails afin d’obtenir une réponse. Le message que nous avions reçu de Foncia était à 17 h, nous avions répondu moins de dix minutes plus tard, mais nous n’avons ensuite plus eu aucune nouvelle. Face à cette absence de réponse et à l’approche de notre arrivée, nous avons fini par penser que nous ne pourrions tout simplement pas récupérer les clés du logement.
