Katastrophale Erfahrung: Kein Zugang zur Unterkunft, stundenlang keine Hilfe und schließlich mussten wir mit zwei Kinder

Leider nichts. Wir konnten die Unterkunft aufgrund fehlender und nicht funktionierender Zugangsdaten nicht einmal betreten.

Absolut inakzeptable Behandlung einer Familie mit zwei Kindern Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft war leider katastrophal. Wir hatten unseren Check-in im Voraus angekündigt und mehrfach nach den notwendigen Zugangsdaten gefragt. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten und Anrufe bei der Unterkunft erhielten wir keine rechtzeitige und funktionierende Antwort. Auch als wir bereits vor Ort waren, konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Wir waren schließlich zweieinhalb Stunden mit unseren zwei Kindern auf einem Parkplatz gestrandet – ohne Zugang zur Unterkunft, ohne Toilette, ohne Wasser und bei großer Hitze. Wir waren im Ausland, verzweifelt und wussten nicht, was wir tun sollten. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren und mussten zusätzlich den Kundenservice von Booking einschalten. Erst gegen 19:30 Uhr gab Booking uns die Freigabe, eine alternative Unterkunft zu suchen und zu buchen. Die Suche mussten wir allerdings selbst übernehmen, obwohl wir bereits zweieinhalb Stunden verzweifelt versucht hatten, Zugang zu unserer ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft zu bekommen. Zum Glück konnten wir schließlich noch eine Alternative finden. Das Unverschämlichste: Erst am nächsten Morgen erhielten wir plötzlich die Zugangsdaten zur ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft – viel zu spät. Außerdem war der Link, über den der Check-in erfolgen sollte, bereits entfernt bzw. nicht mehr gültig. Die zugesandten Informationen hätten uns also zu diesem Zeitpunkt vermutlich ohnehin nicht geholfen. Bis heute ist die finanzielle Situation zudem noch nicht vollständig geklärt: Wir haben die ursprüngliche Unterkunft bezahlt und mussten auch die neue Unterkunft bezahlen, während wir noch auf die Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzte Unterkunft warten. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um – und schon gar nicht mit einer Familie mit zwei Kindern.

Gute Lage, sehr gut für eine Woche Toulon, wenn man v.a. Strand und Altstadt genießen möchte. Ein- und Auschecken per App hat gut funktioniert, die Anleitung ist gut verständlich.

Nous sommes venus pour une formation, chacun avait sa chambre, le logement est très pratique pour ça ! C’est propre et agréable, et très bien situé. Très bonne réactivité, on recommande sans hésiter !
