Don’t stay here, save your money

Location was good

To begin with, the airport transfer service was not properly organised. There was no representative waiting at the designated meeting point upon our arrival. After eventually receiving clarification on where to proceed, the drivers asked us to provide the destination address ourselves, which I found unusual, as such details are typically arranged in advance. Furthermore, we were dropped off approximately 300 metres away from the apartment, rather than directly at the property. Upon arrival, I had not received any prior instructions from the property owner regarding access to the apartment—such as building entry details, directions, or passcodes—despite having provided my check-in time and flight information multiple times. As a result, I was left waiting outside in the heat while attempting to obtain entry information, which should have been shared in advance. When instructions were eventually provided, we encountered significant difficulty accessing the apartment. I spent approximately 20 minutes attempting to unlock the door. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner via WhatsApp and Booking.com messages, there was a considerable delay in response. When I finally received a reply, I was asked to send a video, further prolonging the process. In total, gaining access to the apartment took approximately two hours. At one point, I was informed that we could wait at a nearby restaurant and that further updates would follow. I reasonably expected that a staff member would assist us in person; however, instead I received a vague video showing an unidentifiable door, with no clear indication that it was our apartment or how to operate the lock. When I confirmed we were on our way, no one was present to assist us. I found this lack of support both disappointing and discourteous. The walls were visibly stained, the bathroom had a strong sewage odour, and the towels appeared grey and worn, with one showing blue stains. There was a hair on the bed.

Horrible expérience! Appartement non conforme au service attendu Situé dans la rue la plus bruyante

Uniquement la situation géographique malgré de fortes nuisances dans la rue (Impossible de dormir)

Nous tenions à vous faire part de notre vive déception. Au vu du prix élevé de la location — le plus cher que nous ayons payé sur les plateformes de réservation pour des prestations qui se sont révélées être les plus mauvaises —, les photos de l'annonce relèvent purement et simplement de la publicité mensongère. Elles ont visiblement été prises lorsque l'appartement était neuf et ne reflètent plus du tout la réalité actuelle. État général et propreté : L'appartement est complètement éprouvé. Les murs sont couverts de traces et d'accrocs, et une odeur très désagréable régnait dans le logement. Dans la salle de bain, les joints sont recouverts de moisissure et le bac de douche était complètement bouché. Climatisation : La climatisation du salon dégageait une odeur pestilentielle dès qu'on l'allumait (défaut d'entretien évident). Quant à la climatisation de la chambre, elle ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas. Literie : La qualité de la literie est catastrophique, tout particulièrement le canapé-lit du salon où dormaient les enfants, mais également le lit de la chambre. Ergonomie et équipements défectueux : La porte d'accès au bâtiment est anormalement étroite, ce qui rend les entrées et sorties quotidiennes très pénibles. La porte séparant la chambre du salon est montée à l'envers : elle bloquait l'accès à la salle de bain et imposait des manipulations incessantes et très inconfortables. Un boîtier d'issue de secours situé dans la chambre s'éclairait seul en pleine nuit, perturbant considérablement notre sommeil. Nuisances sonores extérieures : La rue est extrêmement bruyante (travaux, café sicilien en face avec du passage et du bruit du matin au soir, commerce de poke bowls en bas mettant de la musique à fond dès la première heure). Le double vitrage n'étant présent que dans la chambre et pas dans le salon, les enfants ont particulièrement subi ce vacarme.

El servei d’habitacions no entra en el preu: no et fan el llit cap dia, no canvien llençols, les tovalloles del banys son per a tota l’estada, a banda que hi havia una bobina de paper higiènic per persona i no n’han facilitat més tot i haver-ho demanat. L’apartament disposa de rentadora i rentaplats, pero has de comprar els detergents pel teu compte, no surt a compte per estar només una setmana, hauria de facilitar ho l’arrendatari, igual que sabó i/o xampú als banys, no tenen cap detall.
