Le personnel et les hotes a revoir !!!
Très déçu de l’accueil et de l’expérience
Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. L’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable. Le gérant de l’accueil passe une grande partie de son temps au téléphone ou à regarder des films. Lorsque nous lui demandions le code Wi-Fi ou de remettre l’électricité, il semblait agacé et nous répondait de manière désagréable. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis bien accueillis.
Nous avons également eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Hélène, qui nous a loué l’appartement. Elle a été très froide et n’a montré aucune compassion envers nous. Elle nous a demandé de quitter la chambre avec mes deux enfants, alors que, selon les informations indiquées sur Booking, la remise des clés était prévue à 14h. Elle est arrivée avant l’heure prévue et n’a rien voulu entendre malgré notre situation. Nous avons trouvé son attitude particulièrement irrespectueuse et sans aucune compréhension.
Concernant l’appartement, la propreté n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes : il n’y avait notamment pas de serpillière ni le nécessaire pour nettoyer correctement.
En revanche, nous tenons à préciser que son mari, Mohammed, a été très correct et professionnel. Nous n’avons absolument rien à lui reprocher.
Malheureusement, notre expérience avec Hélène et l’accueil de l’établissement a été très décevante. Avec deux enfants, nous aurions attendu davantage de respect, de compréhension et de considération. Pour nous, c’est un zéro concernant l’accueil et le comportement d’Hélène.
