Nice interior design, but misleading description and serious utility/noise issues

The apartment itself is modern, clean, and nicely decorated, exactly as shown in the profile gallery. Once the initial issues were resolved towards the end of our stay, the apartment became comfortable.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several major issues, and the listing description does not fully reflect reality: 1. Misleading Amenities (No Jacuzzi): The photos and house rules explicitly mention and outline guidelines for using a hot tub/jacuzzi. In reality, there is no jacuzzi in the larger room. This is highly misleading for guests who book this property specifically for this feature. 2. Missing Basics vs "Luxury" Standard: Despite the property being advertised as a "Luxury" retreat, essential items were missing. There was no blanket and no proper bedding on the bed—only a single sheet, which is absurd when the outside temperature is 15°C. I had to explicitly request them, and they were only delivered the next day. Furthermore, there was no clothes drying rack and no clothespins. After the stressful situation with the water and the host's reaction, I did not even want to ask for them anymore, even though such basics should be standard. 3. Poor Soundproofing & Noise: The walls and piping are extremely thin. The soundproofing is incredibly weak; in the larger bedroom, I was repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by the loud sound of neighbors even just urinating. 4. Night Construction & Water Outages: For the first three nights, ongoing construction work inside the building regularly woke us up, even in the middle of the night. Furthermore, we had no water at all for two days, and when it did return, the pressure was so low that it was practically impossible to wash. 5. Host's Attitude & Compensation: When these issues occurred—especially late at night and in the evening when trying to shower—the owner initially denied everything, despite the fact that I had recorded videos and photos documenting the entire situation. Only after a firm report was made did the situation stabilize for the remainder of my stay.

Bardzo czysty i wygodny apartament , zlokalizowany w spokojnej dzielnicy. Dość blisko do metra. Dwa duże supermarkety w niedalekiej odległości. Jeden przy torach a drugi /LIDL/na przeciwnym krańcu ulicy. Pobyt w Atenach bardzo udany.
