Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und konnten direkt entspannen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet.
Wasser, Kaffee, Kleinigkeiten für ein erstes Frühstück und Essentials im Bad und Küche bereits vorhanden – so mussten wir nach der Ankunft nicht gleich zum Supermarkt. Genau solche Aufmerksamkeiten machen für uns den Unterschied!
Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Auch den schönen Platz auf dem Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Dazu kommt die tolle Lage direkt am Strand.
Für uns war alles rundum gelungen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Casa OliVera is wonderful!
It is a beautiful property with the most spectacular views. The location is ideal - it is right on the beach and also has a great walkway to the front with cafes, restaurants and shops.
The property is extremely clean and very well presented.
Barnaba, the host is very helpful. He gave us access to the property and showed us around, providing information on restaurants and places to visit in the area. Loredana his wife had prepared the apartment and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble, they were excellent hosts.
The apartment has a fantastic wrap-around terrace with table and chairs and also an amazing roof terrace with loungers, sofa, armchairs, a table and chairs and umbrella. The views are amazing. Beach towels are also provided.
There is a supermarket across the street for any essentials.
Travel to Luca, Forte dei Marmi etc. is very easy.
I would highly recommend Casa OliVera and hope to return again.

Loredana a Barnaba sú tí najlepší hostitelia u akých sme kedy boli ubytovaní. A za tie roky ich bolo dosť. Ale nik nám neponúkol toľko starostlivosti, záujmu, ochoty, ústretovosti a ľudskosti ako oni. Pri príchode nás Loredana čakala pri vstupe, všetko poukazovala, dokonca všetko potrebné dala k dispozícii. Bola tu aj práčka, sušička, kávovar, umývačka. Nič nebolo potrebné si dokupovať. Dokonca aj plná chladnička fliaš s vodou. Útulne a prakticky zariadené izby, nádherná terasa, kde si môžete vychutnať západ slnka s pohárom vína a s výnimočným pohľadom na more a aj na rušnú promenádu. Loredana sa maximálne vyhrala s interiérom. Po technickej stránke je nehnuteľnosť skutočne vysoko kvalitne zrealizovaná. Klobúk dole. Môj manžel je stavebný inžinier a je veľmi náročný a kritický. Ale toto bolo prvýkrát, kedy niečo pochválil. Je vidieť, že do zariadenia sa investovalo viac ako sa bežne investuje. Okná skvele izolovali hluk z ulice. Matrace boli perfektne zvolene pre tých, ktorí už majú zdravotné problémy s pohybovým aparátom, čo my s manželom vysoko oceňujeme. A aj rozkladacia pohovka mala perfektný matrac. Apartmán sa nachádza doslova na pláži, kde si môžete u Nido zakúpiť slnečníky a ležadlá, dať si kávu, ovocie, zmrzlinu, croissant, obed v pokoji. Keby sme boli vedeli, aké to tu bude dokonalé, tak sa tu zdržíme určite dlhšie, ale Florencia na nás čakala. Tak ak by som to mala zhrnúť v jednej vete, tak Loredana a Barnaba neponúkajú len ubytovanie, oni ponúkajú DOMOV, časť seba. Ešte poznámka k Loredane: je to úžasná, komunikatívna, energická a srdečná žena, ktorá sa ide rozdať pre druhých. Má veľmi dobrú energiu, ktorá z nej vyžaruje. Ak by žila v mojom meste na Slovensku, boli by sme veľké kámošky. Moje dcéry si ju obľúbili. Loredana, ďakujeme za všetko. A vám všetkým, ktorí si vyberáte ubytovanie, ste nároční a potrpíte si na čistotu a poriadok, odporúčam na 100%.
