We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly with organising transport and scooter rental, which made exploring Nusa Penida much easier.
The pool area is absolutely beautiful, and our room was modern, comfortable and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay.
The resort has a lovely, fresh and modern feel, and we really enjoyed our time here.
As the resort is still relatively new, some areas are undergoing renovations and a few facilities aren’t fully operational yet, including the pool bar. The alcohol selection is also quite limited while they are waiting for their alcohol licence to be finalised, with only Bintang beer and red and white wine available during our stay.
These were only minor inconveniences and didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.
