Worst place haver found online

Nothing as didn't stay as not safe to stay, as shared house and wouldn't be an issue if there was lock on inside of room so you can feel safe night time. Host didn't care just wants money worse place i ever booked an paid and not able to use

The way host spoke with us and booking.com where she even hang of on their face just cares about money and nothing else not even safety of paying gests.

Bathroom is disgusting and your living with others although the listing claims to be your own place.

Location was good

It was nothing like the booking said, turned out to be a house share with 5 rooms in total and the owner living there.

We had an uncomfortable stay in a property that didn't match its description.

The shower worked well. It wasn't a scam, as we thought it might be. No TV as there was nowhere comfortable to watch if there had been. There was a toaster, although it could do with a clean or upgrade. Nothing was stolen from us although the front door was often left wide open late at night. Hosts dealt with our washing up - we couldn't do it, as no access to water or sink in the "kitchenette".

Although the info about it says "The entire place is yours", in fact only one v small room was ours. This room had the bed was pushed against a wall on one side, meaning that the only way out of it for one of us was over the other! There were no chairs; the only place to sit was on the bed. But why would we want to, when there was no TV to watch and nowhere to lean back in comfort in this cramped room? We were particularly shocked not to have an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom wasn't even private to us. One of the photos made it look like it had a door to our room, but in fact this door led onto the entrance hall. We were really unhappy with this. The bathroom was clean when we arrived, but wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay. The only place to sit was in the family's living room. Yes, we could use the sofas, the dining table, the "kitchenette" (which had no water supply - we had to take the kettle to the bathroom to fill it), but it felt strange and uncomfortable when a young couple was canoodling on a sofa while we tried to enjoy an evening coffee, or when the host family was enjoying a family evening with music and games as if we weren't there. We felt like intruders. We had been worried that we had paid in full and it was non-refundable, yet my many attempts to contact the host were ignored. V stressful. We didn't know whether this was a genuine place, or how to get in when we arrived. I tried to message them in all ways, and to phone them, but nothing. Booking.com tried to ring - no answer. Eventually, the phone was answered in the morning. I asked how we should access the property, and was told that they would find out and get back to me. I assumed that I was speaking to a management company with a portfolio. But she didn't get back to me. I rang again, she answered and told me there was a keypad, but she would be home to welcome us. Why couldn't she have said this to start with?

Schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt

Sehr hilfsbereite, nette Gasteber.

The accommodation is very welcoming and has a friendly, family-like atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

The only drawback is that the bedroom doors cannot be locked.
