The place was secure and easy accessiable , but instructions were not correct to access the Garage door for car park and key location , luckly some one was on site who gave me updated codes and keys .

some was smoking weed next door so it was not welcoming smell when i was entering or leaving the flat, as i was travelling with family kids, i had to rush them in. Not sure if you could add some more smoke detectors which will stop them from smoking .

I enjoyed the property being very clean and tidy , the aesthetic of the apartment was very nice . It came with lots of nice and comfortable furniture and the TV was gorgeous . The area was surprisingly quiet and I experienced zero issues with going to the shops , also entering the place was very straightforward and secure!

The only negative I’d say is the fact that it is near a bad area of Birmingham in my opinion but if you can get past that it’s an amazing place to stay ! 10/10
