The spa was brilliant. We stayed an extra night because of the spa. The staff at the spa were very professional, helpful, and had a nice energy. The kind of friendly staff you’d like in a spa. Perfect.
We stayed up in the penthouse suite overlooking the water. Beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic view. We could even see the bridge to Denmark from our room. Amazing.
We had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby. The duck was good, but the atmosphere was a bit boring. Service was okay.
Second night we had dinner at the tapas restaurant. Amazing view and fun atmosphere, but the service was very bad, not just our waiter, who disappeared often, but from the manager and other staff when we attempted to pay. Be careful if you dine there even though the food was good. Long waiting time for everything and bad staff attitudes.
