Bella struttura con forte potenziale

La struttura è bella come da foto. È molto pulita, accogliente e soprattutto con tutti i confort (esclusa aria condizionata). I due bagni sono stati la nostra salvezza (eravamo in 5). Ha un bel giardino (poco curato) sul retro che dovrebbe essere sfruttato maggiormente perché sarebbe davvero bello poter cenare sotto quegli alberi. Parcheggio gratuito. La struttura si trova vicino a vari supermercati e, pur essendo fuori Lisbona, è collegata benissimo.

Mi spiace dirlo, ma appena si entra c'è un odore di umido/chiuso. Piccoli consigli che farebbero la differenza: sostituite lo stendino che è rotto, aggiungete uno scolapasta e soprattutto cambiate le pentole con alcune di dimensioni adatte alle famiglie; quelle in dotazione sono sufficienti a malapena per una coppia.

Pues no lo pude disfrutar. El atendimento fue muy bueno por parte del anfitrión pero a mi llegada no pude entrar por problemas con la clave.

Pues como comenté, no pude entrar en él. Debido a que había que poner el código en una cajita de llaves tipo caja fuerte, y la pestaña no abría. Al comunicárselo al anfitrión me sugirió que la intentara abrir a la fuerza!!! 🤨🤨 En serio tengo que llegar a un alojamiento agotada y forzar una keybox?? Porque al anfitrión le cuesta actualizar los sistemas de entrada? O acercarse un momentito? Porque estuve intentando abrir la cajita 1h y 20 min!!! A 42º!!!! Me fui a casa de una amiga muy indignada.

Mala experiencia

Me gustó el hecho de que estaba al lado de un parking público y era fácil de aparcar. Útil si para hacer turismo vas a emplear un vehículo.

Nuestra experiencia en este estudio ha sido muy mala. El día que llegamos nos encontramos con los siguientes inconvenientes: –Todo el estudio olía a humedad. La única ventilación es la puerta de la calle (durante los cuatro días que estuvimos las toallas no se secaron en ningún momento). –La escoba (llena de pelos y pelusas) no tenía palo. –El inodoro tenía manchas. –Las sábanas y el edredón estaban sucios. –El horno y la lavadora (servicios que ofrece el estudio) no funcionaban. Decidimos hablar para comentar lo del horno y la lavadora porque necesitábamos usarlos. No recibimos ningún tipo de respuesta. El segundo día al llegar por la noche, nos encontramos todo el estudio lleno de hormigas, incluida la cama (las hormigas correteaban por las sábanas y las almohadas. Nos levantamos con hormigas en el cuerpo). Volvimos a mandar un nuevo mensaje incluyendo, ahora sí, todos los inconvenientes. Al día siguiente nos respondieron diciendo que irían a arreglarlo. El tercer día al llegar por la noche (se supone que ya habían ido a solucionarlo) el estudio seguía teniendo hormigas. Y ya no teníamos escoba. La última noche nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme dentro de nuestros zapatos. Tuvimos que apañarnósla para expulsarla del estudio. Por otro lado, el check out era a las 10:00 (algo más pronto de lo habitual) y el personal de limpieza estaba desde antes de las 09:30 esperando fuera. En definitiva, consideramos que el estudio no cumple con las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Además, por parte del propietario/a no sentimos que hubiera interés para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable (ausencia de respuesta temprana y de soluciones). Nuestra sensación mayoritaria fue que su interés residía en alquilar el estudio para ganar dinero y que nos marcháramos con la mayor brevedad posible, sin velar por nuestra comodidad o el disfrute durante nuestra estancia.
