everything I stayed in Canberra for two months, and this was by far the best apartment I experienced in the city centre. The apartment itself is excellent. The layout is very practical, with a spacious bedroom and a large, comfortable bed. As an Asian guest, I particularly appreciated having a proper duvet rather than a thin blanket — it made the stay much more comfortable. I was also very happy that the kitchen has a traditional stovetop rather than an induction cooktop. The refrigerator deserves a special mention — it is absolutely huge and probably one of the best fridges I have ever seen in a holiday apartment. It would be perfect even for a large family or for guests staying for an extended period. The balcony is also spacious and a lovely place to enjoy some sunshine. There was just a little bit of dust on the balcony sofa, but this was a very minor issue and certainly not a problem for me. The customer service team was excellent. They responded very quickly and were always willing to help, and they assisted me with several issues during my stay. I have also stayed in other short-term accommodation units on different floors of this building, which I would happily rate around 9/10. But please believe me when I say that this apartment is absolutely deserving of a 10/10! Everything was completely clean and free of unpleasant smells — the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom is also particularly spacious, which I really appreciated. If I had to make a few small suggestions, the living room lighting could perhaps be a little brighter. I sometimes needed to use my laptop to complete university work at night, and because I am slightly short-sighted, I found the existing lighting a little dim for working. I simply used my own desk lamp, so it was not a major issue at all. One other small thought I had about the bedroom: if possible, it might be convenient to have a light switch or control near the...

Wonderful location, great view and apartment was beautifully furnished. So relaxing and comfortable.

Maybe a few more coffee mugs. The dryer condenser had not been emptied, dryer didn’t seem to work well.
