‏Title: Disappointing experience – location completely misleading

I didn't like anything because the property owner was dishonest and the information was incorrect.

‏Title: Disappointing experience – location completely misleading Review: I booked Dar Youba, Luxe Villa Taghazout expecting it to be in Agadir, but the villa is actually located more than 45 minutes drive away, on top of a mountain. The access road is extremely rough and difficult, and the villa is situated in a rural area surrounded by run-down houses. The listing claimed it was close to the beach, but in reality it was a 25-minute drive to the sea. The location shown on Booking was incorrect. I contacted the owner. A man spoke to me in Arabic and sent me a different location, which was also wrong. I couldn’t find the villa. After several attempts, a woman replied in French, which I didn’t understand. She asked me to message her on WhatsApp to translate, but when I asked to cancel because the location was unsuitable for me, she said she couldn’t cancel or modify the booking and that I had to go through Booking.com. To her credit, she said she had no objection to cancellation. I then contacted Booking customer service, who were extremely professional, polite, and understanding. They said they would email the property owner, and if the owner agreed to cancel, Booking would not charge a commission. Later, I received a notification that the owner did not respond to Booking.com. I feel the owner was not honest. The villa information was incorrect, and the difficult road access was not mentioned at all. I am very disappointed with this
