Disgusting
Horrible. Wasted my entire journey. There were no proper location. No Sign bords on the road. The given number was not responded. No one knows the place or so called “chaminda”. Tried so many tuk tuk drivers to find the location for hours. Totally Disgusting.

🚨 RED FLAG! ABSOLUTE SCAM – NOT A VILLA - Just a shared room with window entrance 🚨
Nothing
🚨 RED FLAG! ABSOLUTE SCAM – NOT A VILLA 🚨
Rating: 0/5 Stars (If I could)
Do not be fooled by the photos! This was a completely misleading and terrible experience. This property is advertised on Booking.com as a "One-Bedroom Villa" with a kitchen and living room, but that is a total lie.
🚩 Misleading Advertisement & Lack of Privacy
They are renting out a spare room in their personal house while marketing the entire property as a villa. You do not get a private living area or a kitchen. Instead, you are forced to stay like a beggar, sharing the owners' sofa, TV, and kitchen while they live there comfortably. If you cannot provide a private living space, you have no right to market it as a villa. It’s a complete waste of money.
🚩 Security & Access Nightmare
There is no proper door. The "private entrance" is actually a lowered window that you have to climb through. Even worse, there is no real door lock—just a tiny, flimsy padlock on a window latch. From the inside, you have to lock it like a window. I felt completely unsafe and lacked any basic security.
🚩 Disgusting Conditions
• The Smell: The bed literally smelled like vomit. It was nauseating and clearly not cleaned properly.
• No Hot Water: Despite the listing, there was no hot water available.
• Parking: The parking is a mess. The owners take the main parking spots and shove guests into a cramped side area.
🚩 Final Verdict: NEVER RECOMMEND
As a Genius Level 3 member, I have stayed in many properties, and I know what a villa should be. This is a misleading "home-share" at best and a scam at worst. We had to find alternative accommodation immediately because this place was uninhabitable.
Booking.com needs to remove this listing immediately. It is a stain on their platform’s reputation. If you value your money, your safety, and your sanity, STAY AWAY. This is a massive red flag. 🚩🚩🚩
