The place is amazing. A restored home in a quiet village not far from the beach and the train station to Cinque Terre. There is a nice garden, swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Excellent for families.

Although the owner states that each unit has a washing machine, that isn’t the case. There is only one washing machine, located in a room next to the swimming pool. This means you have to carry your laundry back and forth, which is inconvenient—especially if more than one family needs to use the machine or if it’s raining. The kitchen is large and nice, but it has no oven, dishwasher, or dish dryer. I booked a unit with two bedrooms, but the second bedroom wasn’t prepared for sleeping. They refused to prepare it and gave me the sheets to do it myself, saying, “This is not a hotel.” Most of the windows in the unit I stayed in couldn’t be opened. I managed to open the one in the kitchen, but I couldn’t open the bedroom window because of the building’s complicated structure. We didn’t meet the owner. The person who greeted us kept saying that he wasn’t the owner.

Appartamento molto spazioso, fresco e abbastanza luminoso. Nonostante ci siano alcune cose poco recenti legate alla storia del luogo, è tutto ben tenuto e soprattutto pulitissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Vecchio frantoio Gardan è veramente un bel posticino, posticino per modo di dire perché il nostro appartamento era veramente grande. Completo di tutte le dotazioni sia per la cucina che per la camera da letto nonché il bagno, senza dimenticare l'area esterna completa di tavolo per mangiare fuori ombrellone sedie e due lettini prendisole. Molto bella la piscina e ben tenuta, così come tutte le aree verdi. Ottimo TV sat in soggiorno ed ottimo climatizzatore in camera da letto. Molto particolare la cucina dove l'arredamento, con molto gusto, è composto anche da attrezzature da frantoio.

Il bagno purtroppo è cieco, non è dotato di finestra ma c'è un aspiratore. Aggiungere qualche strofinaccio per la cucina non sarebbe male però tutto sommato ci si può aiutare con i rotoloni di carta.

Super locatie. Het is er ontzettend rustig, heel mooie omgeving, heel netjes en mooi onderhouden bomen en planten. Het appartement is van alle gemak voorzien en was heel proper. Goede ontvangst bij aankomst. We hadden tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met het sanitair. Dit werd onmiddellijk opgelost. We vonden het goed dat de heel vriendelijke eigenaar van op afstand een oogje in het zeil kon houden. De accommodatie is centraal gelegen. Van hieruit kan je heel veel uitstappen doen. Het leuke is dat de accommodatie zelf heel rustig gelegen is, maar dat je op 5 minuten bent van het bruisende Levanto.

De mensen in het appartement boven ons maakten van 's morgens vroeg heel veel lawaai. Hier kunnen de eigenaar en de conciërge niet veel aan doen. Het is gewoon een ontbreken van respect van die gasten naar ons toe.
