Amazing experience

Had a wonderful stay at this property in Kasauli! The property has a beautiful ambience, peaceful surroundings, and stunning views, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. The hospitality and service made the stay even more special. A great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the hills. Would definitely recommend it and love to visit again!

Do NOT stay here. ITS A DISASTER.

Staff was polite BUT AFTER PUTTING THIS REVIEW I GOT THREATS TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW . SO BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING HERE .

Feedback – Kasauli Hills Hotel 1. Serious Privacy Issue (Unacceptable) and SHOCKING The bathroom was connected to a balcony and was see-through, making it completely unsafe and unusable. 2. Overcharging & Misleading Payment Terms Booking.com showed ₹4,716 (no prepayment), but we were forced to pay ₹1,000 in advance and ₹5,700 total. After partial refund, ₹2,500 was unfairly retained for one night. 3. Room Misrepresentation The room provided was completely different from what was shown during booking. 4. Missing Basic Amenities Promised facilities like toiletries, slippers, and proper bathroom supplies were not provided. 5. Incorrect Location Information Property location was misleading—far inside a remote area with ~45 minutes of difficult access (small bumpy roads difficult for cars to mobile) instead of the claimed 10–15 minutes.
