Excellent location. Clean modern quiet. Could not fault it as a place to be based while exploring Venice

Top notch apartment, modern, tastefully designed , ultra clean, all amenities, everything working perfect, comfort all round, nice terrace with seating furniture, we loved it. Location is 1’ from Campo Santa Maria Formosa with lots of restaurants and hub to reaching Rialto or San Marco, both less than 10’ walking distance (closest vaporetto stops).
The service team is very attentive and responsive. Pietro arranged airport transfer from Treviso by car plus motor taxi close to the apartment as we wanted to avoid the hassle with the public bus and vaporetto with the luggage, which worked perfectly, worth the money. And Emanuele picked us up and was great answering all our questions and guiding us. We would come back any time.
