Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The apartment was quite cold initially, but when we contacted assistance, they responded promptly, checked the issue, and explained that the fluctuating weather was affecting the building’s heating. This was understandable. However, having extra blankets and pillows available in the closet would have made a difference, as we couldn’t find any.
The beds were great, the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use, and the reservation and access process was smooth.
A few suggestions for improvement:
Add a trash bin in the bathroom, as managing waste without one was challenging.
Provide a mirror in the bedroom or living room, which would be especially helpful when sharing the only mirror in the bathroom.
Keep extra blankets and pillows available for colder days.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and these small additions would make the experience even better.
