Very poor communication, totally filthy, DO NOT STAY HERE

Location is ok.

This property was not clean! The shower was filthy, the whole place was dirty. Do not stay here!

Neat property in a good location

I didn’t stay at this property on this occasion due to a last-minute change in my work plans. However, I usually stay here whenever I’m in Preston and have always had a great experience. The property is exactly as shown in the photos so clean, well-maintained. And in a nice location overlooking the park. Just tucked away from the City centre.

Will not be visiting again….traumatic experience

THE FURNITURE WAS REMOVED PRIOR TO MY STAY AND I WAS PASSED THE WRONG SET OF KEYS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND THE OWNER WAS RACIST AND CALLED ME RACIST SLURRS I HAVE EVIDENCE OF THIS 😡😡 The flat had a really bad smell of gutters it was coming from the toilet area it wasn’t cleaned properly the shower cubicle had watermarks on the glass and pubic hairs on the drain

Could’ve been great but was just stressful and disappointing

Great location.

Booked a double bed and sofa bed (as advertised) for three people but there was no sofa bed so we had one bed for three of us. There was also no cutlery - none at all - in an apartment that had cooking facilities. I contacted the landlord but received no reply. Asked for a refund and was offered £30 from a £180 stay without enough beds and nothing to eat our food with.

The place was clean and in a really good location. It had cutlery, plates, glasses and toiletries with all cleaning supplies needed. Love the addition of tea bags and sugar.

Got the pin code to enter the apartment through people living at the apartment rather than the contact - it would have been better if that information got sent over along with instructions to collect keys.
