The IGA staff were easy to deal with for key collection. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great balcony, very neat and well kept. Now that I know what to expect, I would certainly stay again. Excellent location.
It wasn't until the day I checked-in that I realised this was a privately managed apartment, rather than a hotel. This wasn't clear on the advertisement. Also instructions on how to swipe in would be useful, as the box is not obvious.
I was also hoping this was a hotel so that I could leave my bags at reception on my final day as my flight wasn't until late-afternoon. A little bit of difficulty using the air con - seemed to be stuck on heat - so I mostly used the ceiling fans. Coffee was provided but black tea would have been a great alternative.
