Relais Borgo Taurino

Wow, where do I begin? The location is amazing, nestled in the hillside vineyards of the Prosecco Hills. The building is beautiful inside and out, meticulously renovated and the interior decor is feels very modern but at the same time rustic and warm. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a steam shower, large bathroom area, comfortable beds and a well-stocked mini-bar. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a more-than-filling fixed menu of fresh and local cheeses, yogurt, bread, homemade spreads and granola, fresh fruit, juice and coffee (eggs could be added for an additional cost). Our afternoon Prosecco Tasting at their vineyard just steps away from the Borgo was a bonus! Generous tasting, lovely Proseccos and a food pairing with each sort.

Other than the fact that we only stayed one night, the only thing that I would improve is the lighting in the closet area.

This was our final stop after two weeks in the Dolomites, and we loved everything about our stay. The property is absolutely stunning. When we arrived, we were offered a welcome drink, and it was perfect timing for sunset over the vineyard. The pool and outdoor garden are lovely, the staff was kind and warm, and we had a fantastic dinner in their restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional too, with lots of choices and a view over the vineyard. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we would happily stay again!
