The host was really easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. The room was perfect for what I needed while I was there. The bed was really comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. Was able to cook simple meals in the kitchen. Theres a small market very close which was nice for buying food. Across the street there was a pastrie shop/cafe that opened early. Could walk to a Metro station in about 3 minutes. Plenty of restaraunts in the area as well.
The only thing that bothered me was no dish rack for after washing the dishes. Had to just put the dishes in the sink to dry.

Location is great. Price to quality is fair. The host is responsive and friendly.
