Veramente una truffa per turisti
L'appartamento si trova molto vicino al lungomare e al praticamente unico negozietto di alimentari.
I serramenti sono recenti e l'aria condizionata funziona 9per cui, nonostante il caldo e l'incessante rumore esterno, si riusciva di notte a riposare.
Il bagno e la cucina sono abbastanza ben dotati di piatti (non di pentole) e di una marea di piccoli elettrodomestici mai neanche utilizzati. Un appartamento utilizzato dal mitico Salvatore il cui nome è sul citofono e poi abbandonato agli sprovveduti turisti, praticamente.
La terrazza esterna è utilizzabile utilizzando un grosso ventilatore a soffitto che rendeva l'aria sopportabile; alla sera fuori con il ventilatore si repirava
State attenti – l’agenzia immobiliare nell'annuncio su Booking non menziona per niente che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore, con 50 scalini ripidi da salire. Anche quando ho telefonato, e più volte, per avere ulteriori dettagli, non mi è stato detto. Anzi mi è stato chiesto se ci fossi già stata… poi ho capito il perché. Certo non ho chiesto esplicitamente quanti gradini ci fossero, perchè non me lo potevo immaginare! Quando siamo arrivati, il figlio del proprietario dell’agenzia immobiliare ci ha detto: dovete uscire la mattina e tornare la sera! Poi abbiamo scoperto che lo stesso appartamento è stato messo in vendita, e l’agenzia si trova praticamente di fronte, ma l’annuncio di vendita specifica invece che l’appartamento è al terzo piano e senza ascensore! Una truffa per i turisti insomma.
La cucina è fornita di pochissime pentole, molto vecchie e rovinate.
Il boyler si bloccava spesso, e doveva essere sbloccato schiacciando un interruttore posto molto in alto, fortuna che il mio compagno è alto!
Le camere da letto sono a dir poco spartane, ci sono in tutto solo due comodini e nessuna lampada per comodino.
Il letto a castello è piccolo e basso, e molto rumoroso. Nel piano più in basso sembrava di dormire in una cripta.
Il parcheggio è praticamente introvabile, o ci si scontra con gli altri abitanti/turisti in zona che posteggiano male apposta o posano stendipanni ovunque pur di evitare che si possa parcheggiare. Il fatto che non ci fosse un parcheggio privato era menzionato nell'annuncio, ma specifico com'è la realtà. Peccato che nello stesso appartamento ci sia un cartello che dice di chiudere la catenella quando si esce dal parcheggio… che effettivamente esiste sotto ma è chiuso. Insomma, uno schifo che poteva anche andare peggio vista la zona. Mai più.
