The house is comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. The host was quick to respond with an issue with the property.
This property was advertised as ‘Entire 5 bedroom house’. There were 7 of us in the group but when we got there, only 3 bedrooms were available as the other section of the house was locked up. This is not right when they advertised it as 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms is not enough for 7 people so they shouldnt have closed off the 2 bedrooms but it should really be 5 bedrooms regardless of the number of guests.

Had a lovely stay. Quiet area. Fully fenced so the kids were safe and house is on a quiet shared driveway so they were safe running around the front.
Had everything we needed. Over stocked kitchen. Clean, comfortable rooms. 3 big bathroom. Washer and dryer and washing line available.
Close to supermarket and shops. Short drive to Te Rapa and shopping centres. Will stay again

The location was perfect. We were a large family group with children and babies and it suited our needs perfectly. The home was clean and well equipped. The communication and hospitality of the host was wonderful. Thank you for our great stay.

Location and size was why we chose this property. Met these needs for our family and purpose of the trip. Kitchen had all we needed and ability to park in garage was a bonus.
Sadly, photos and description made it look like a comfortable home - place is clearly used for bookings only and does not have a very warm/homely feel. Walls, etc, very scuffed and wasn't a very clean smelling place. Felt unloved. We also didn't have use of the heater/fire, and heat pump did not warm up the bedrooms at all, so it was cold in the evenings saldy. Luckily extra blankets were provided.
