全体的にとてもキレイでした。
少し寒い日でしたが、クローゼットに毛布が置いてあり
とても暖かく快適に眠れました。
洗濯用洗剤が置いてあったので２日とも利用できました。
滞在中に指をケガしてしまい慌てるところでしたが
まさかの救急キットも用意されていて、包帯やテーピングでケガの処置が出来たのがすごく有り難かったです。
特に無い、というのが正直な所です。

We had a fantastic 6-night stay! The apartment is in a prime location with easy access to public transit—a lot of spots were within walking distance, and we easily took the tram, bus, or subway when traveling further out. Having dedicated parking was a huge bonus, especially since we rented a car for four days to take road trips to the outlying towns.
The space itself was wonderfully homey, comfortable, and remarkably spacious. Even with four adults sharing the apartment, it never felt like we were on top of each other. Storage space was plentiful, making it easy to fully unpack and settle in. Sleeping arrangements were top-notch: the main beds were comfortable with clean, fluffy sheets, and both the additional floor mattress for our third guest and the sleeper couch for the fourth were genuinely comfortable. (Note for larger groups: there is only one bathroom, so you’ll just need to coordinate a quick shower schedule!)
The access was smooth overall. The apartment door uses a passcode, which gives everyone seamless entry. Because the ground-floor entrance requires a physical key, our group just needed to coordinate key hand-offs (or simply leaving the key in the locker by the entrance) when heading out separately, or buzz up from the intercom if someone was already back inside.
The fully equipped kitchen unit gave us the flexibility to cook several meals at home, and having an in-unit washing machine was a lifesaver during a long stay filled with daily activities.
We loved everything about the apartment, and would definitely consider it for our next stay in Sapporo.
The only real downside was the outdoor drying situation for laundry. Because we visited in mid-August, the continuous humid air generated a bit of runoff from the air conditioning unit onto the balcony floor.
The balcony surface didn't look like it had been cleaned recently, and without any clothespins provided, we were constantly worried the wind would blow our wet clothes off the rack onto the dirty ground.
Adding a few clothes pegs and giving the balcony floor a good power wash would make a big difference for future guests who need to air-dry their laundry.

とにかく清潔！必要な物は全てあるし近くにコンビニもあって不自由しません。オーナーさんの対応も丁寧で安心してやりとりできました。
駅から少し歩きます。けど静かな場所だし宿泊費もお得になるのでぜひまた利用したいです！
