Very clean. modern and renovated internally and externally. Very large - we also had a full kitchen. helpful host who always responded to our queries and helped us out. Parking as to be expected was a little tricky at times however as we travelled early October, many of the resident permits had expired end Sept so we were able to find close by. Very close to the centre of Castellamare, close to many restaurants, shops and the port, a lovely area, and small supermarker nearby that has lovely paninis and deli items. Facilities excellent and everything we needed, and bathroom was large, modern and shower worked well, excellent hairdryer! Outdoor balcony with table and chairs, and drying rack. Appreciated the laundry facilities, ample space and layout of the property. I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again (subject to a small thing being addressed as mentioend).
Only thing to note, and the main reason why I couldnt give this accommodation a 10/10 is the bad smell coming from the bathroom and/or toilet. There was obviously a plumbing/sewarage problem, perhaps this has been raised previously by tenants however air freshener doesnt necessarily solve the problem. It affected our stay and the diffuser going all day and night obviously affected my breathing and caused headaches. Would have liked toiletries/vanity kit as we come to expect with many accommodations we travel at.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist sehr groß und geräumig, modern eingerichtet und ausgesprochen sauber. Besonders praktisch waren die Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie der wirklich starke Föhn. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super – in etwa 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Hafen. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Klare Empfehlung!

Bardzo polecamy ten nocleg! Obiekt jest przestronny, nowoczesny, czysty, znajduje się w nim wszystko czego potrzeba (w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, żelazko+deska, suszarka na pranie, suszarka do włosów, parasol plażowy). Lokalizacja jest idealna! Apartament znajduje się na cichej uliczce w odnowionym budynku, ale do wszystkiego jest bardzo blisko. Widok z balkonu na górę jest imponujący. Przemiły gospodarz Pietro polecił nam miejsca warte odwiedzenia, a ostatniego dnia odwiózł nas na dworzec kolejowy, który jest oddalony od miasta, co było bardzo pomocne. Bardzo pozytywne doświadczenie. Chętnie wrócimy!
