Beware of this property Fulll Scam!

Nothing.

Beware of Full Scam! The reservation was not honored by the accommodation, as defined by the accommodation rules, terms and conditions by Booking.com. It's not an apartment as in the description, maybe an apart-hotel, although there is no clear info. The responsibles for the property were very impolite and unfair, and did not make a refund on an error on their side. Also, the initially presentted appartment, was full of dust, up to the point of afecting my throat in a matter of seconds being inside it. Was there 20min, throat issue related to dust lasted for houra. Avoid this property at all cost to avoid to be in the hands of not serious, irresponsible, greedy people. My worst booking.com experience ao far.

I would advise against using Booking.com for apartment reservations, as booking hotels directly may

The location it closed to the old city and closed to beach

It was a nightmare trying to find the place since the staff never answered the phone, so I had to ask random people and the parking attendant, and it took over half an hour. The Wi-Fi is terrible, the kitchen lacks supplies, and bathroom door you can't lock it there’s no AC remote, nowhere for trash, and they didn't provide any toilet essentials.
