Decent

It was very nice but not enough space for a few people

I didn’t dislike anything about the property apart from the covers had hairs all over them which was abit unhygienic

8 / 10

Excellent location, comfy beds and a nice space for relaxing, it had everything you would need for a short stay!

Excellent location! Couldn’t be in a better spot

Aircon unfortunately was not working during the heatwave

Disappointed….Poor…NOT TO RECOMMEND !!!! Stay away

It was a very average/ poor stay overall Nothing positive to comment

The check in process is beyond ridiculous !!!!!!! It was a such a struggle trying to check in for over 40 mins…the longest process ever experienced then had no choice but call so someone could override the systems Then you have to fetch the keys 10 mins away from location…so inconvenient and pointless in my view Surely make it as easy for guests…this is just absurd !!!!! By then £60 non refundable was secured as struggle so much to check in..the total amount defeat purpose of booking this deal and also for a deposit or £300 refundable. Without selecting any options you basically can’t access keys I smell a scam and I am in the process to challenge via legal means. Obviously they make so high for the refundable amount that it give them more opportunity to secure additional funds….Don’t call it a deposit !!! Smell scam!!! Spoken to no less than 4 different people on the matter and noting was actually done or acknowledged Just genetics answer….A robot would have been more efficient in my view Being a frequent traveller never came across such poor service 6.2 on booking.com should give some indication of our poor this flat is …I stayed in this building before so never imagine they basically sub let …I wish I never use this service !!!!The deal was too good to be true TO ANYONE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! To add they are missing all basics amenities for a stay, no hairdryer, no soap, and fridge and freezer broken and room is so small …can’t make 2 steps without hitting bed or kitchen table This is just simple expectations when any stay 🤷🏾 Overall one of the worst stay …actually the worst ever !!!

Clean and comfortable studio

Convenient location, very clean. Comfortable studio apartment. Overall, I would book again.

Occupants of a neighboring flat were at times noisy. No shower soap or shampoo provided, so needed to run out and buy them after checking in.
