The location of the unit is ideal for exploring the Marias area and for accessibility to other Paris attractions. Plenty of restaurants and stores, for groceries and shopping, nearby. Quiet and private. Decent mattress. Host was communicative and responded with missing amenities quickly when contacted.
Picking up the keys at a location 300 meters away was difficult with my mobility issues. The space is musty and has a dank smell. The air freshners, 5 of various gel brands, were all expired. I contacted the host and was provided with a couple of spray air freshners that are good for when present at the unti but don't help the scent when arriving after being away for the day. There was no sharp knife for the kitchen which made cooking and cutting cheese challenging. The mattress could use a topper as the fabric is pilling and itchy through the fitted sheet. No top sheet. No instructions about the dehumidifier or any of the comfort amenities.

Sehr gute komfortable Ausstattung, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber.
