Good location

Very central location, easy access to the apartment.Very modern apartment with basic utilities. Perfect for a few night.

7 / 10

Overall it was good. A few recommendations to fully enjoy the apartment.

Modern. Close to center. Easy reachable.calm and with comfort. Good air conditioner and all appliances in the kitchen.

There are a few things to improve. We were 4 and the convertible sofa was not comfortable to sleep (neither for one). Also some small things in the bathroom to be remediated.

Good in photos, avoid this in real life

There were some positive aspects: the area is pleasant, it was easy for us to find parking nearby, and there were several nice cafés and small restaurants around. The apartment also had a fresh, modern look that initially gave a good impression.

The apartment looked renovated and modern, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. There were several maintenance issues from the start: one of the windows was broken, and the bathroom sink was completely clogged and would not drain properly. However, the most unacceptable issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked the apartment for four people: two adults and two children. Although there were towels and pillows for everyone, there were no bed sheets for making the children’s sofa bed in the living room. What made the situation much worse was the lack of real customer support (which is announced as 24/7!). I contacted them immediately on the first night through Booking.com and also via the WhatsApp number provided, but it seemed to be only a chatbot. For hours, I kept being asked to confirm the same information over and over again, and despite repeatedly requesting the missing bedsheets, they were never delivered during our entire 2-night stay. My husband left the main bed for the kids and me, and slept on the sofa without any sheets. This cannot happen. All things considered, for a family, this is simply unacceptable. Problems can happen anywhere, but completely failing to resolve such a basic issue, and making guests spend days going in circles with automated messages is not acceptable hospitality. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially to families travelling with children.

Good stay just had to walk a bit far to get things . We took mainly Ulber which is quite cheap

It’s clean and spacious . Bed was comfortable .

No where putting towels in bathroom Lights are dim We cannot turn on over cause it has no direction how to turn it on. We try many ways but end up no using it
