1.Only 5mins walk from the Shinkansen station
2.Shops, department store, supermarket and restaurants all around the station
3. Can walk to the ropeway ( cable car ) to go up the mountain
4. Night view of the mountain and TV towers
5. Air conditioning
6. Washing machine
7.bathroom/wet room had a clothes drying mode
8. 2 separate bedrooms.
9. Tram stop about 6 mins walk away
The 4 lane road between the apartment and river meant you couldn't leave the patio doors open as it was too noisy. So sitting on the balcony to look at the river wasn't really a pleasant experience.
The area surrounding the apartment is very practical for transport but it isn't pretty except at night. Don't expect to have romantic walks by the river. Get a tram 10 mins into town for atmosphere
