Modern and clean
The host was not willing to assist when I lost my keys. I was seated at reception for almost an hour before the guard said he has a spare key. The host then said I had to pay 500 Rands to replace the key, I kept following up asking for banking details to make payment, she didn’t respond (both on WhatsApp and Booking.com) and stopped answering my calls and did not return them either.

Beautiful, modern. Stable WiFi and beautiful view of table mountain.
I lost my key and the contact agent was not helpful at all and stopped answering her phone. The guards eventually gave me a copy of the key after sitting at reception for almost an hour.
