The apartment was great overall as I said above, its new to Booking so the above are just recommendations to make it better for the next guests.
The kitchen nearly fully equipped with what was needed.
The bedroom was good and comfortable.
The host was excellent and very quick to respond and help with any query or request we had. They were very accommodating. Bought us an additional fan within a couple of hours of request.
Full cooking facilities
Washing machine was also great.
Supermarket and plenty of restaurants so close.
Beautiful bakery about 5 mins walk with fresh breads pastries and cakes.
4 big swimming pools within the complex too.
Life guard at the pool from morning till 8pm
Complex outside was very clean. Good bin collections for rubbish.
It seems like the apartment is new enough to the market.
Couple of things.
Its only sleeps 4 max. We are a family of 6.
Two of our children had to sleep on a very hard straight couch in the 1st living space. This was not an appropriate place to sleep.
The 2nd living space couch and pull out bed needs a good deep clean. It did smell a bit.
Lamps need to be placed in each room sitting space as the spot lights at night time are very bright and intense.
A locker and lamp also needed for the bedroom.
There were no towels either. We had to ask for some to be brought. ( Very prompt and quick to bring these although we were a family of 6 and got 3 towels.) Luckily we had packed our own beach towels so we used these.
Lack of sunbeds at the pool (only about 10) or a comfortable place to chill and sit at the pool. Most of the time we had to put our towels on the ground as we were not allowed on the grass.
The bathroom needs a fully closeable shower door as the floor got soaked each time the shower was used.
Nothing to do with apartment but don't go to the beach at the back of the complex. Its actually disgusting with litter. I was so shocked and upset to see so much. Stick to Sablette beach its not litter free either but nowhere near as bad.

La propriétaire est accueillante et réactive. Le logement est propre et bien situé. La résidence est sécurisée, idéale pour les familles. On s'est sentis vraiment à l'aise.
