Superb contemporary apartment in a wonderful location

The apartment is very contemporary and beautiful inside. It’s been maintained to a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are superb. The location is brilliant and within easy access to so many nice places in Naples.

It would havd been nice if there was an iron. The walls were very bare and need more contemporary art work on the walls as they would look great in this modern apartment.

A modern apartment without stable quality and services.

Located in a safer area of the city. Close to coffee bars and pizzeria.

Our stay was seriously affected by inadequate emergency management and no compensation for any of the problems we encountered. Following an earthquake, the apartment lost essential services-the basic expectation we paid for : no AC during a heatwave, limited electricity and lighting, no Wi-Fi, and no usable kitchen or appliances. We had to leave windows open for ventilation, while the apartment is in the ground floor, sounds from outside was very disturbing. The most serious issue was the building entrance. The electronic lock failed and we were locked outside at night for an hour. Despite repeated messages, the property representative did not come to assist us. We were told there was no physical key, yet the next day a key was suddenly obtained and left inside the apartment(which helped nothing), while the entrance lock remained faulty. They told us the key was obtained from the apartment owner only in emergency. The communication was slow, blurry and actually not helping. We were also assured that maintenance would “fix everything” the following day, so we reasonably decided not to seek alternative accommodation. However, NONE of the problems were properly resolved or clearly communicated. We experienced another night of being locked out/heat/dark/noisy. We understand the earthquake was beyond the property’s control, but the emergency response was unacceptable. We ultimately received no compensation for the severely affected nights. The main concern is not the unexpected event itself, but the lack of effective crisis management and communication. I would strongly recommend confirming the property’s emergency procedures and backup access arrangements before booking.

I will never stay there again!

Location was close. That is it.

The owners are rude in check-out. Looks like they subcontract the cleaning of the apartment. If you are not out by 10am, they will create havoc. Check-out is at 10 am, but check-in is at 3 pm? How can it take them that much hours to clean a small apartment? The towels look beat up, looked used over 1000 times, poor quality.

8 / 10

A comfy stay with great access to sightseeing!

A great spot close to the Metro Station, and a short walk to major sights. A little tricky to find at first, but once located access was easy and the apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The neighborhood is a little noisy - could be sleepless for light sleepers. Being on the ground floor and so close to top locations, the Metro and a main thoroughfare/shopping strip, the noise should be expected.
