A poorly managed stay marked by unacceptable cleanliness issues, lack of privacy, and service that did not justify the p

Nothing

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard expected for the price charged. Despite providing our exact arrival time, which was more than two hours after the official check-in time, we arrived to find that the apartment had not been cleaned. Used towels from previous guests were still present, the bed linen had not been changed, and no fresh towels had been provided. The property was clearly not prepared for new guests. The cleaning staff only arrived after we submitted a formal complaint. The situation became even more unacceptable on the day of checkout. An hour before the official checkout time, a member of the cleaning staff unlocked and entered the apartment while we were still inside and sleeping. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional. Guests should never have to worry about staff entering their accommodation before checkout without permission. Considering the high nightly rate and the €350 security deposit, the level of service provided was nowhere near acceptable. Basic hospitality standards such as cleanliness, privacy, and respect for guests were not met. I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider alternative accommodation options, as this property does not deliver the quality or professionalism that its pricing suggests.

Comfy remote location for 4-5ppl

A large, spacious two-storey flat. Two separate bedrooms, plus a bed in the hallway – all sufficiently spacious. Two balconies that get plenty of sun most of the time. It’s clear the flat is used for letting; it could do with a refresh. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A major advantage is its proximity to the train and underground stations. Bear in mind that the journey from the flat to the Sagrada takes at least 30–40 minutes. For someone using remote access for the first time, gaining entry to a flat can be a challenge. So far, I’ve no idea how to open the building’s door using the instructions in the email

- The stairs leading to the bedroom floor creak terribly; bear this in mind if you like to have a midnight snack - Very poor ventilation in the bathroom

Sehr geräumig & sauber. Mit der App-Schlüsselfunktion bequem zu öffnen. Super Aussicht vom 16. Stock.
