Terrible, such a disappointment and an insult to how Moroccan hospitality, which has been absolutely amazing before this
Spacious
Pictures don’t reflect the reality. This is a very run down apartment that is not offering a comfortable stay for travelers. First, the entrance is scary with a broken glass at the entrance. The hall is dirty and smelly. There are three bathrooms. Only 3 toilet paper rolls in total for 6 people for 3 days. Not a single place to hang or leave the towels. One faucet was broken. One sink had blue stains that looked like residue from toothpaste. There are three bedrooms. In one there was a hair inside the bedsheets. One lamp and only 1 outlet. The wardrobes were all useless but only 1 with shelves. The rest had nothing inside, only wooden selves thrown on the floor and dirt, including a cigarette butt. Not a single hanger and no bars to place them. In the other bedroom, the shelf that served as a side table was not properly hinged so it was useless. One pillow had no pillowcase. In the bedroom with two beds, there was a lamp in between the beds, but no outlet to plug it in. There was dirt fluff behind the beds.
There are two living rooms. The best areas of the house, but there was a stain on one of the white sofas and it looked and smelled like urine. The windows are dirty and there is a lot of dust, dirt and debris in the inside part of the apartment.
The kitchen had a greasy wall by the dirty stove. The oven was dirty. Under the sink there was a mess of accumulated rags. There was no garbage can. There was no microwave. There was an area for coffee and tea. The coffee machine had moldy coffee grounds from the last time it was used. There were two small bottles of water for the six of us. One of the chairs in the dining table was broken.
There is no terrace; the outside space is a common outside corridor to get to the different apartments. It is not a private area. Overall, the space has a lot of potential but the way it has been fixed in a very very cheap and unprofessional way. There is no way a place like this is considered 5/5 from another platform.
