Good place, but cleaning could be better

The flat is spacious, and communication with the management is smooth.

The cleanliness in general was disappointing; the sheets smelled bad

A nice quiet stay close by the central

Very spacious and clean flat in a quiet area. 15 mins walk to a big tesco. Lovely old streets with many small local shops towards central.

No elevator. The bathroom is a bit old but clean.

Comfortabel

The property is in a great location. 30/40 min walk to old town, 5 min walk to a cute little street with shops and coffee places and close to Leith Walk (which we really recommend) We had a dog with us and close to the property was a dog park as well. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, nice couch and beds were comfortable. It is located in a little apartment complex, it is so quiet and peaceful. Free parking is fantastic, specially if you are near Edinburgh. We would definitely come again. The hosts had perfect communication.

We had trouble finding what parking was ours, all the parking numbers are on different places. Luckily after searching we did find it. The apartment it self was a bit outdated. On the beds (outskirts) and carpets there were some stains and the walls need a fresh lick of paint, but nothing to complain about.

Horrendous...Stay well away!!!

Nothing

Didn't actually stay at apartment booked as apparently they have a problem with booking.com system (which I have now realized has been frequently used as an excuse) so we were offered Lorne Street which looked fine on pics but in reality was absolutely shocking...the first thing that you realize is that there is absolutely nowhere to park without a permit which couldn't be purchased so ended up with multiple parking fines, second is the smell on entering which is the worst damp smell (so bad it smells of wet dog), third is the bed which was so bad I actually slept on the sofa, and lastly was the water...no hot running water in bathroom sink (so had to use it from bathtub) and the shower was stone cold and awful pressure. The kitchen cupboards were all rotten, the flooring moves beneath your feet and is all gaffer taped and you can't get any regular TV channels. All in all for what they charge they should be ashamed and I would NEVER in a month of Sundays recommend booking
