Nice place, but service needs improvement
The location is great — within walking distance to KSL, which was very convenient.
The unit itself was actually beautiful, with modern furnishings and nicely renovated interiors. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable overall. The karaoke system worked well, and most of the necessities like pots and cutlery were provided, which made the stay enjoyable.
The check-in process was extremely frustrating. I started trying to contact the host from 10:45am on the day of arrival, but had no success. The numbers provided were either not in use or answered by a Chinese automated operator. I even went down to the building lobby, only to be informed that check-in was not handled by the reception, leaving me with no choice but to rely on the listed contact numbers — which were unresponsive.
My check-in time was 3pm, yet I only received a response at 4:15pm after repeatedly trying multiple contact numbers. It got to a point where I genuinely thought I had been scammed, which made the whole experience very stressful.
The toilets were quite small, and the shelves in the toilet were dusty.
One of the room aircons was blowing warm air, so one family had to sleep in the living room instead. I informed the host, and they said someone would come to fix it on the second day, but no one showed up.
The lift system was also extremely problematic. The scanning system was very wonky — there were times we couldn’t scan in, and the lift lights even went out, which was quite stressful. On the second day, when we wanted to head out, we had to wait about 25 minutes just for the lift to arrive. It kept going to other floors and skipping ours (we were on the 61st floor), which was very frustrating.
Overall, the property has strong potential due to its design and location, but the poor communication, maintenance issues, and lift experience significantly affected our stay. Improvements are definitely needed.
