Avoid at all costs
Nice green view at the back, spacious

No parking on site, the advert is misleading. It has the chance of parking on a road nearby
No smoking property but stank of smoke the second we managed to get through the door with keys that barely work.
Most of the pictures are old and seem to have been taken when the property was habited. Not nearly as much furniture available
Then there’s the bedding….only on the day of arriving do we get a message with an oblique reference to needing bedding and towels. So we arrived to discover none and had none to use, nothing in the ad, no warnings before.
1/4 roll of toilet paper, no soap at all
So bad that we ended up booking something else for the night and leaving the place
I would like my money back but see no way of getting that sorted

Malheureusement rien , très difficile de dormir la nuit car beaucoup de circulation.
L'hygiène était mauvaise , wc non fait , cafetière pleine de dosettes, poubelle non vidé , frigo et congel sale. Il manquait beaucoup de choses au niveau de la cuisine. Dommage car je pense qu'un état des lieux serait le bienvenue.

Foi uma péssima experiência. Depois de nos enviarem uma mensagem com as instruções para check-in, nunca mais falaram connosco, nem responderam às nossas mensagens. Na mensagem deles tinha um número para contacto, mas "apenas para casos de real emergência - ??). O prédio é velho e começa logo mal no início: os contentores do lixo ficam no átrio e o cheiro é nauseabundo. O apartamento não estava bem sinalizado, então fomos à nossa sorte. Dentro, o apartamento está bem organizado, tem excelentes áreas, mas.... O chão range em todo o lado, tem partes em que está tão gasto que faltam pedaços - cuidado ao andar descalço ou com crianças! O frigorífico também faz ruído super alto (e estava sujo). Apesar de termos recebido instruções de que devíamos retirar o nosso lixo e deixar tudo limpo, encontramos lixo em todos os baldes que existiam na casa, louça na pia, e até um palito e um plástico de gotas para os olhos na casa de banho, no apoio do lavatório. Ridículo. Além disso, apenas umas horas antes da nossa chegada, quando enviam a mensagem sobre como fazer o self check-in é que referem que toalhas e lençóis não estão incluídos, de uma forma subtil "leve o seu lixo e não se esqueça das suas toalhas e lençóis". Procurei em toda a página do alojamento no Booking e não há referência alguma a isso, então os viajantes esperam ter este mínimo de comodidade. Para terminar em beleza, as camas estavam exatamente como os hóspedes anteriores as deixaram, inclusive as almofadas com marca de quem esteve deitado nelas - as do sofá da sala também estão um mimo. Entendo que a lavandaria e a limpeza entre hóspedes sejam um custo alto deste negócio, mas têm de escolher entre prestar um serviço com condições ou simplesmente fazer dinheiro abrindo a vossa porta e não importando com mais nada. Para terminar, a senhora que enviou a mensagem das instruções disse para fazer registos do inventário na nossa chegada.

Appartement qui a commencé à être rénové, rien n'est fini, le bruit du parquet quelque soit les pièces.
