Over all a good stay just a few minor issues that can easily be fixed if looked at properly

It was mostly clean and comfortable

The oven and trays needed a good clean the internet kept cutting out and the shower was broken and had to use just the hose as the shower head was broken and not attached to the hose! Was told we were vaping when we weren’t even in the apartment when supposedly this had happened!! Non smokers also!!!

Cleanliness and maintenance issues

Avoid at all costs!! I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our recent stay here was extremely disappointing. We are a family of five (three children and two adults), and basic facilities that you would reasonably expect were simply not provided. The shower head was broken when we arrived, making it very difficult to wash properly. After we reported it, someone had clearly attempted to fix it by putting a blob of glue on it — which broke again as soon as it was used. After that, it could only be used like a hosepipe, which was completely impractical, especially with children. There were also no plugs for the bath or the kitchen sink, meaning we couldn’t run a bath or properly wash up cutlery and utensils. Not being able to wash properly for the duration of our trip felt unacceptable — access to washing facilities is a basic necessity. We were only provided with four towels for five people staying multiple nights. There were also not enough cups or glasses for everyone. The cutlery was dirty and had to be washed before first use. The floor and dining table were grubby and greasy on arrival, which immediately made the place feel poorly maintained. What made this more frustrating was the lack of effective customer service when these issues were raised. The response to the broken shower was a temporary glue fix that clearly wasn’t adequate, and the other issues were not resolved during our stay. It’s such a shame, because the property itself has the potential to be a really lovely place. However, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and proper response to concerns made this a huge let-down. We’ve stayed in many properties over the years and have never felt the need to leave a negative review until now. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend it in its current condition.
