A good flat in a great location, but poorly managed.
Great location—you can reach the city center on foot. The underground parking is excellent, and the flat itself is nicely furnished. The mattress was comfortable. The terrace doors have a bug screen, so you can keep them open all the time. There are also external roll-down shades that can be used as night curtains.
Buckle up for this review.
First of all:
-1 point for communicating with guests via AI. If the AI cannot answer your question, you are told the issue has been escalated to a customer relations specialist—but you never hear back from them.
-1 point because we found blood-stained women’s underwear under the sink.
-1 point for the overall cleanliness of the flat. There were multiple black finger stains all over the place.
-1 point because the bed cover was stained with something strange, and the curtains were extremely dirty, with multiple stains.
-1 point for using sheets that were far too small or heavily shrunk. They barely fit the mattress, and during the night, since they have elastic edges, they repeatedly rolled up, forcing me to wake up and fix the bedding.
-1 point because, in the middle of the last night, the AC condensate started leaking. I tried to contact the owners, but the only option available was AI, which again said the issue would be escalated. I ended up dealing with the leaking AC myself for the rest of the night.
No point deduction, but keep in mind that the room is next to the building entrance. You can clearly hear the doors opening and closing. The terrace looks nice, but it is squeezed into a narrow (about 1.5 m wide) entrance area, so people pass by very close (around 0.5 m), which makes it uncomfortable to sit there.
Additionally, the flat had no basic supplies— no soap, and even the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles in the shower were empty. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules were provided, not even for the first morning. We checked nearby shops but couldn’t find Nespresso capsules. Judging by the condition and smell of the machine, it seems previous guests may not have been able to use it either.
